Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in office administration, customer service, leasing, or related roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Property management or housing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and community staff.
  • Greet residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with resident applications, lease agreements, renewals, and community documentation.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and electronic records.
  • Process rent payments and assist with resident account inquiries.
  • Prepare notices, letters, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate community activities as needed.
  • Assist with vendor communications and work order tracking.
  • Support marketing and leasing efforts, including showing available homes when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Office Assistant to Property Manager

Locations: Mounds View, MN | Roseville, MN | Lakeville, MN

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to support the Property Manager of a professionally managed mobile home community. Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to move throughout the community as needed
