Job summary

The Pittsburgh Child Guidance Foundation is a nonprofit organization serving disenfranchised children and youth in Allegheny County. This Office Assistant/Program Associate role provides essential administrative and program support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include organizing files, maintaining data on grantees and Board members, coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and reports, and supporting grant applications and audits.

Qualifications

  • Create and update spreadsheets tracking information related to grantees and Board members, including contact information, terms of service, and committee assignments.
  • Schedule meetings and send calendar invitations to Board and committee members.
  • Format meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Conduct basic online research for special projects.
  • Create and organize files for annual grant applications.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Scan and electronically file documents, including bank and investment statements, expense records, and grant applications.
  • Assist with the Foundation's annual audit process.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Office Assistant/Program Associate provides administrative and program support to ensure the efficient operation of the Foundation. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
