Rehab Medical LLC is seeking an Office Assistant I to join our Orlando team. The role supports scheduling deliveries of medical equipment, coordinating service calls, and acting as a liaison between patients and sales reps.

This entry-level position emphasizes confidentiality, clear communication, and dependable organization. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in office administration or customer service, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay

Responsabilités

• Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls.
• Reschedule all shipment delays if they arise.
• Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources.
• Liaison between corporate and patient.
• Other tasks as assigned.
