Mercer University in Macon, GA is seeking an Office Assistant for Student Affairs to support the office by answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with daily clerical tasks.

Rate is $10 per hour; scheduled 10 hours per week. Start date: 08/04/2026; end date: 05/14/2027. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required; Canva and PowerPoint are preferred.

Qualifications

• Event planning and research experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist students and visitors to the office.

• Experience in event planning and research is not required but is preferred.
