Job summary

Packard Culligan Water in Belleville, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by phone, email, and in person, handling product inquiries, water quality concerns, payments, and scheduling deliveries. This role requires excellent communication, quick problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a friendly team-first attitude.

Training will develop water treatment knowledge while you coordinate with other departments and dealerships to support exceptional service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Culligan Water is searching for an energetic, positive, tech savvy Customer Service Representative to support our Belleville location. In this role you will have the opportunity to assist customers with various request via phone, email and or in person as well as communicate with other employees, departments and dealerships, and provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers’ expectations.
