Packard Culligan Water in Belleville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers via phone, email, and in person. You will interact with employees, departments, and dealerships to resolve inquiries and support company goals.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail, with training to become a water treatment expert. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401k, with a 8AM-5PM M-F schedule.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Culligan Water is searching for an energetic, positive, tech savvy Customer Service Representative to support our Belleville location. In this role you will have the opportunity to assist customers with various request via phone, email and or in person as well as communicate with other employees, departments and dealerships, and provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers' expectations.

Pay Range

• $18 - $20 USD
