Assist students/departments will all aspects of registration process for Continuing Education, Health Care, and Corporate Services. Greet students/visitors in person and on the phone. Help provide routine clerical support; and monitor the office/building area cleanliness and maintenance.
Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.
Computer literate.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Additional education or technical/specialized training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
