A leading real estate office seeks a service-minded professional to support and onboard new agents. We’re looking for a service-minded professional to be the first point of support and operational backbone of our real estate office. In this people-first role, you’ll guide new agents through their onboarding journey, maintain licensing and compliance records, and ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll also provide light training and ongoing support for the marketing and tech tools that help our agents grow their businesses. Responsibilities: • Welcome and onboard new agents, handling paperwork, system setup, and introductions to office tools and resources • Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting for the marketing and tech platforms available to agents (CRM, email campaigns, digital design tools, listing systems, etc.) • Maintain up-to-date agent files, license compliance records, and rosters • Serve as a friendly and resourceful point of contact for agents needing day-to-day support • Coordinate office communications, event logistics, and internal announcements • Help manage shared office spaces, order supplies, and assist with basic IT and systems support • Support leadership with administrative tasks and agent-facing initiatives • Foster a professional, collaborative, and positive office culture Qualifications: • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly

Compensation:
$30,000-$40,000 per year
