Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Office Operations: Help manage the day-to-day administrative needs of the office and ensure the workspace remains organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
  • Assist With Client Files: Help organize and maintain client and funding files, including applications, bank statements, business documents, contracts, and other supporting documentation.
  • Collect and Organize Documentation: Assist the team with requesting, receiving, organizing, and tracking documents needed to move business financing applications through the review process.
  • Data Entry and CRM Updates: Enter and update client, application, and deal information in our CRM and internal systems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Track and Distribute Business Data: Maintain, organize, and track incoming business and client data, ensuring information is accurately recorded and distributed to the appropriate sales representatives and internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, document follow-ups, application preparation, and other day-to-day needs that allow the sales team to stay focused on clients.
  • Coordinate With Internal Teams: Help facilitate communication between sales, underwriting, processing, and management to keep applications and funding requests moving efficiently.
  • Monitor Incoming Communications: Help manage general office calls, emails, correspondence, and document requests and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist With Funding Administration: Support the processing team with basic administrative tasks related to approvals, contracts, funding documentation, and completed deals.
  • Maintain Office Supplies and Organization: Monitor office inventory, coordinate supply orders, and help maintain a professional and organized office environment.
  • Provide General Administrative Support: Assist management and team members with scheduling, filing, scanning, copying, reports, spreadsheets, and occasional special projects.

What You'll Do

Compensation

$45,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
