Responsibilities include front desk reception, guest engagement, management of incoming calls, coordination of room reservations through the 25Live system, and oversight of daily mail operations for the Dean’s Suite and MUSM departments. Additional duties include administrative support for assigned projects, coordination of office supply management for the Dean’s Suite, processing of Federal Express shipments and related payments, and collaboration with the Finance Team to complete Supplier Invoice Requests. Backup coverage for essential functions during scheduled absences is required.**Qualifications**:Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and some prior administrative support experience. Candidates must be able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/Office Suite.
