The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a part-time employee to handle billing submissions to DHQ, deposits, and donor recordkeeping, while supporting pantry needs and clients. This role requires reliable mail processing, donor communication, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities include assisting with food pantry operations, daily cash handling, and taking on clerical tasks as needed. Driving is an essential function of this position.
Part- Time 19 Hours Per Week, Pay Rate: $13.50 Per Hour***
Responsible for submitting bills to Divisional Headquarters (DHQ) and preparing bank deposits. Also assist with Food Pantry needs and clients when needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three months experience in the related field.

Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 30 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army.
