The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking an Administrative/Business Manager for the Norfolk/Columbus operations. The role focuses on supporting financial processes, timekeeping, and volunteer administration while coordinating mail and donations processing.
Qualifications include 2 years in administrative or business management or an associates/bachelor’s degree in management, with strong MS Office skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M., Pay Range starting at $17.50 Per Hour***

To assist in the administrative and business duties of the Norfolk/ Columbus operations.
Supervise volunteers in areas of responsibility.
2 years of experience in Administrative or Business Management OR Associates or Bachelor's degree in management.
Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army.
