Client Overview

Our client, a vibrant and fast-paced creative agency, is seeking an organized and proactive part-time Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$25/hr

Position Overview

The Office Administrator will focus on maintaining a well-run workspace, coordinating office supplies, supporting internal communications, and helping plan engaging in-office and virtual events. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys being a central point of contact for operational needs. The Office Administrator will work flexible working hours, typically 9:30 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities Of The Office Administrator

  • Manage office supply orders and vendor coordination.
  • Help plan and execute virtual/in-office programming and internal events.
  • Support the general operational needs of the team.
  • Track and manage internal communications or light administrative tasks.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable communicating remotely.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:

  • Prior experience in a creative, media, or agency setting.
  • Light writing or internal comms experience.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
