Position Summary
The Office Administrator provides general administrative and office support to help ensure the Company operates efficiently and professionally. This role supports senior leaders and multiple departments with day-to-day administrative needs, coordination, and special projects.

- Office supplies, vendors, mail, and shipping
- PowerPoint presentations and business documents
- Support for Accounting, Sales, Operations, and other departments
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, coordination, follow-up, and preparation of documents and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and related coordination
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents as needed
- Support onboarding activities, including administrative paperwork, coordination, and preparation of offer letters
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with employee-related documentation and coordination
- Order IT equipment and supplies and coordinate related administrative requests with employees and vendors
- Maintain office supplies and assist with routine administrative purchases and vendor coordination
- Receive, organize, and distribute mail, documents, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to Accounting, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and other departments as needed
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training preferred
- 2+ years of office administration or related experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, employees, customers, vendors, and other business contacts
