Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our office environment, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The Office Administrator will play a role in maintaining office procedures, managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general office tasks. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in an environment and is interested in blending office administration with HR tasks.
- Manage overall office operations, answering calls, and organizing office supplies
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and promote teamwork
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality with company policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
