We are seeking an Office Administrator at 2835 N Oak Grove, Springfield, MO 65803, USA. Your main responsibilities will include:
The incumbent provides administrative support to the laboratory and business operations, including preparing reports, compiling data and analysis on current trends to assist local leadership, and handling filing, scheduling, typing, and answering phones.
At least 6 months of experience in an office environment.
Proficiency in Word processing and spreadsheets, intermediate computer skills, MS Office Suite, ERP software experience, strong written communication, familiarity with office machines, time management, client relations, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of industry standards and company procedures is essential.
This role does not require management responsibilities. It involves working under general guidance, with work reviewed upon completion. The position impacts the work unit and may influence other departments. Decision-making involves assessing data and analysis for business impact.
