The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive company image, managing incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage and maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for staff as requested.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain office calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company to callers and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other clerical duties such as transcribing, typing, and proofreading.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
