Oversee general office operations, coordinate the daily office environment, maintain office supplies, manage furniture and equipment, schedule meetings and conference calls, and maintain vendor relationships.
Coordinate office equipment maintenance, facility repair requests with building management and vendors, and manage office budget and contract negotiations.
Act as the face of the office, developing and maintaining relationships with building management, vendors, caterers, and internal departments.
Provide accounting support, reception, payroll, facilities, maintenance, supply management, and other back‑office functions. Requires basic skill set and proficiency; work assignments are directed and closely supervised.
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) with 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree.
Minimum qualifications: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) with 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) with 2 years of directly related work experience.
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) with 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) with 4 years of directly related work experience.
