Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and support a small team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Reliable and proactive with ownership of administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage routine administrative tasks and help keep daily office operations organized.
  • Monitor and send email reminders, follow-ups, and other internal communications.
  • Coordinate office-related errands, including meal orders, pickups, shipping, and mail.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Purchase and distribute gift cards and assist with other employee or office needs.
  • Communicate with vendors and help coordinate services, deliveries, and other business requests.
  • Provide administrative assistance related to new location and store openings.
  • Track and assist with the processing of outstanding or uncashed payroll checks.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain vendor documentation, including W-9 forms.
  • Assist other departments with administrative projects and general office needs as requested.
  • Help ensure important documents, information, and office resources are kept current and accessible.
  • Take initiative in identifying tasks that need attention and provide support where priorities shift.

Pay: $24 - $27 / hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fully On-Site.

Job Description

The Office Administrator will provide hands-on administrative support across the corporate office, assisting with daily office needs, vendor communication, documentation, employee-related tasks, and special projects.
