Job Title: Office Administrator (Lexington, MA)

Job Purpose:

As an Office Administrator, you will support a STEM Learning program sponsored by Hanscom AFB.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all office administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
  2. Oversee and coordinate schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  3. Ensure the office environment is safe, organized, and presentable, and oversee general office cleanliness and maintenance.
  4. Support management in project planning, resource coordination, and administrative tasks related to the operation of the business.
  5. Monitor and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, vacation days, and other perks.
  6. Assist the Director with annual budgets using Excel or related applications.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of related experience in office administration or management within an education or training environment.
  3. Aptitude with various office equipment and current technologies.
  4. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
  7. Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office-related software.
  8. Ability to understand and interpret financial information.
