Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations across departments. You will handle a multi-line phone system, manage calendars, and serve as the liaison among teams and vendors.

The role offers competitive hourly pay from $18 to $22, comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, consistent schedules and a two-week training at HQ in Madison, WI.

• Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members.
• General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
