Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Brand Ambassador to engage with homeowners in retail environments and at local events. You will introduce remodeling services, share offers, and book free in-home demonstrations without selling.

No prior experience required; training provided. This role fits energetic, outgoing individuals who want growth in sales and leadership, with afternoon to Sunday shifts and a path to management within a growing national brand.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr

    • Top reps earn $80k+/yr

• Full and part-time roles available

• PTO available on Day 1

In this position, you will:

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!

  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without

• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in

• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends

  • Currently hiring for 10am - 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday

• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

• Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
