Job summary

Mad City Windows in Nashville, TN is looking for a Field Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in retail environments and generate interest in our remodeling services. This position allows for personal growth and a stepping-stone into a sales career.

No experience is required as we provide training. You can earn between $50k-$70k in your first year with uncapped bonuses, and enjoy benefits starting on Day 1.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr
    • Top reps earn $80k+/yr

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
  • Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
