Location: Edison, NJ

Compensation: $71,854.00 - $96,982.00 annually

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily billing processes for physicians, including patient billing, charge capture, collections, and reimbursement issues.
  • Oversee reimbursement policies and procedures; coordinate between front office, back office, and clinical staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling, oversee facility management, coordinate office moves, and handle vendor relations for repairs and equipment.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology and equipment; manage telecommunication systems.
  • Supervise front office staff regarding coverage, training, performance, and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, and train office staff, supervising non-clinical personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare-related field.
  • At least seven years of healthcare management experience, with two years in supervision.
  • Minimum two years of marketing experience.

Physical Demands: Requires full body motion, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Vision and hearing within normal range.

Work Environment: Office setting with frequent interaction with staff, patients, and the public. Some travel (~5%). Reasonable accommodations available.
