Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, tenants, vendors, and employees.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and office environment.
  • Assist with setting up conference rooms, meetings, presentations, and office events.
  • Stock and maintain office kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas.
  • Monitor office and kitchen inventory and track reorders.
  • Coordinate office supply orders and organize inventory storage.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, printing, copying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Support mail distribution, package handling, and outgoing shipments.
  • Help maintain organized records and office documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and additional office support as needed.
