The Law Office of Bryan Fagan excels in family law, estate planning & probate, and criminal law, based in Houston, TX.

We have (8) offices: (5) in Houston, and one each in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, with more offices on the way! Our mission is to serve as trusted advisors and advocates for families navigating divorce, estate planning, probate, and criminal matters; ensuring we meet the unique needs of our clients with excellence and dedication.

We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our team in the Dallas office to support office operations and staff. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our leaders, employees, and clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will significantly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure proficient and smooth day-to-day office operations.
  2. Manage the upkeep and setup of the office, including purchasing, equipment and supplies setup, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  3. Support office moves within the area.
  4. Interface with vendors.
  5. Support office activities and ensure efficient workflow throughout the office.
  6. Maintain organized filing systems and manage clerical tasks as needed.
  7. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for supervisors, legal teams, and clients.
  8. Take on simple delegated tasks from supervisors.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  10. Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including calendaring appointments between clients, legal teams, and internal partners, is preferred.
  • Proficient administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software and computer literacy.
