Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking an Office Administrator to perform settlement and cashiering duties in a Sales & Distribution Center, following standard procedures. You will verify end-of-day driver paperwork, ensure delivery proofs, prepare imaging-ready documents, and maintain logs while supporting a range of administrative tasks.
The role requires high school completion, 2–5 years in an office setting, and experience with cash handling and BASIS routing systems.
Compensation: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, alternating between 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. one week and 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. the following week.
Basic Requirements: At least 18yrs old, previous office admin experience preferred
