Job description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Administrator for one of our large manufacturing clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This person will be working in the IT operations line of business and focused on the process and implementation for the organization. You will be responsible for leading change meetings; held once a week with entire organization to ensure everyone understands the change process. Additionally, this person will be responsible for operational processes standard documentation and procedures for change, incident, and problem management. Looking for an individual who brings a positive attitude and is willing to train employees when needed.

Plusses :

Has active or ability to obtain ITIL certification

Experience with collecting inventory (PC, store equipment, etc.)

Must Haves :

Experience in an IT operations process and implementations

Experience with change + incident / problem management

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Experience with Agile methodologies

Proficient in MS Office technologies and ERP systems such as SAP

Background with financial management (tracks maintenance contracts, maintenance renewal dates, meetings with different individuals)

Positive attitude and aptitude with a driven mindset

Experience with pulling data and analytics from Halo (similar to ServiceNow)

Ability to train and lead software trainings
