Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator / Receptionist in Cambridge, MA, for 20 hours per week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. This contract-to-hire role supports daily office operations, HR tasks, and administrative projects in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or recently graduated), strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable learning new software (MS Office).

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Office Administrator / Receptionist to support daily office operations in our Cambridge, MA location. This part-time position, offering 20 hours per week, is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in office administration, HR support, and workplace operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
