Advanced IPM is seeking a Branch Support Representative to join our California team. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9AM–3PM, supporting daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume, multi-line phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with scheduling, payments, billing questions, and service requests.
• Coordinate daily schedules and service appointments using company software (training provided).
• Process service and sales transactions accurately.
• Scan, file, and maintain organized office records.
• Support daily administrative tasks and branch operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and team members.
