North Carolina Community College System seeks an Office 365 Network Analyst to join our team of cloud engineers, information security officers, and user support specialists. This role focuses on optimizing, securing, administering, and monitoring the network connectivity for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth performance of the Office 365 Productivity Suite.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 management, Meraki networking, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and security

Formación

• Experience managing and securing the Microsoft 365 enterprise environment.
• Configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience monitoring health and performance of Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of DLP, MFA and conditional access policies.
• 1 year of Microsoft 365 management experience.
• Experience administering Meraki networks and related gear.
• Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, SMTP and SFTP.
