Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and strengthen client resilience against the latest cyber threats. You will mentor senior and junior analysts and manage engagements across internet, intranet, web apps, wireless, and cloud.

You will deliver clear reports to technical and executive audiences, stay current with trends, and travel up to 50% to meet client needs while contributing to a high-performance, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of related work experience, or Master’s with 3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience in leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Scripting/Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements including penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
• Deliver clear, concise reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Oversee multiple projects with adherence to engagement rules and deadlines.
• Stay current with cyber threat trends and industry best practices.
