Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead offensive security engagements and guide a team of security professionals. You will drive penetration testing across multiple domains and ensure high-quality reporting to clients and executives.

You will mentor analysts, stay ahead of evolving threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen client security postures. Travel up to 50% may be required as you work with global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive penetration testing experience (internet, intranet, web apps, wireless, red/purple team).
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects and reporting to leadership.
• Hands-on scripting/programming experience (Python/PowerShell/Java/Perl).
• Experience leading a Red Team or application penetration testing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements and mentor analysts.
• Oversee delivery of penetration tests, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Produce clear, actionable client reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Stay current with cyber threats and industry best practices; represent EY at events.
