Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and statutes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approved prisoner transfers and prepare transfer files.
• Run LEINs and complete transfer orders and details.
• Reconcile facility count and prepare daily bulletin.
• Answer prisoner kites and take calls from staff, courts and the public.
• Assist with release checklists and monthly reports.
• Utilize OMS/LEIN/OMNI for computer tasks.
• Perform duties as assigned under established laws and procedures.
