Job Summary

The On-Site Manager is responsible for all phases of site operations for their assigned development, reporting to the Regional Manager, while being attentive to requests from asset managers, owners, or investors.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring stable operation of the development.
• Completing duties accurately and timely.
• Maintaining the appearance of the development.
• Ensuring safety and security at all times.
• Reporting problems promptly.
• Open communication with staff and residents.
• Maintaining professionalism and compliance with rules and regulations.
