Chick-fil-A Waterloo, IA is seeking an Off-Site Operations Supervisor to coordinate ADPs, the food trailer, and off-site events. You will lead teams, own operations outside the restaurant, and represent the brand in fast-paced community environments.

You will transport, set up, and operate off-site equipment; ensure food quality and safety; coach team members; manage delivery operations; and uphold Chick-fil-A standards and guest experience at every event.

Job description

The Off-Site Operations Supervisor is in charge of coordinating and executing our off-site operations, including Additional Distribution Points (ADPs) and our food trailer. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership, operates with excellence outside the restaurant, and can lead teams in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. If you enjoy leading people, managing logistics, and representing the brand in the community, this may be the right next step for you.
