COR Restaurant Services is seeking a Team Leader for a Chick-fil-A location to oversee Team Members and drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work culture. The role emphasizes coaching, staffing coordination, and adherence to brand standards within a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Interim Managers to ensure proper daily staffing and deliver on strategic goals, maintaining safety, attendance, and high service levels.

• Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environment
• Excellent coaching and team-building abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Members to develop the business and uphold operational excellence
• Coach, communicate with, and build a strong team
• Collaborate with Interim Managers to ensure daily and restaurant staffing
• Ensure adherence to brand policies, promotions, and standards
• Aim to achieve strategic business results through monthly/quarterly objectives
