Job summary

Chick-fil-A Farmington is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to safely deliver food orders, assist with catering prep and event setup, and provide outstanding hospitality to every guest. You will uphold our standards of operational excellence with strong service, communication, and attention to detail.

Available full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sundays closed. You’ll represent the brand, drive safely, ensure customer satisfaction, and help with

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must provide a copy of a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 10 - 25 lbs).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times.
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Confirming the catering order with the guest.
• Assist with preparing and packaging catering orders.
• Complete all catering setup and preparation, including utensils, sauces, bags, beverages, and serving supplies.
• Transport catering orders and supplies to and from event locations.
• Assist with catering event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Organize and stock catering inventory and notify leadership of supply needs.
• Ensure catering orders meet Chick-fil-A quality and presentation standards.
• Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen and catering preparation area.
