Property Management Associates, Lp seeks a full-time Off-Site Assistant Property Manager for a 304-unit property in Carson, CA. The role focuses on leasing, rent collections, unit inspections, and tenant relations.

You will work with vendors and maintenance staff, conduct market surveys, and ensure day-to-day property operations run smoothly while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years property management experience with large conventional properties
• Yardi Voyager experience is a must
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Experience overseeing vendors
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tech-savvy

Responsibilities

• Rent collections
• Unit inspections/ property inspections and upkeep
• Marketing and leasing vacant units
• Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel
• Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management
• Ability to conduct a market survey of comparable apartment rates
