The role requires 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management, strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, and the ability to supervise maintenance staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Must live on-site.
• One weekend is required and on-call availability as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance evidence needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 3 properties totaling 87 units in Pasadena, including on-site management.
• Perform unit inspections, property inspections, and maintenance upkeep.
• Market, tour, and lease apartments; conduct competitive rent analyses.
• Handle notes and all aspects of day-to-day management.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
