The Off-Shift Nurse Manager (OSNM) is a professional nurse who functions as both an administrative and clinical leader to ensure patient-focused care consistent with the hospital mission, department goals, policies, protocols & procedures, regulatory requirements, and established standards of practice. The primary responsibilities include the coordination, direct supervision, and evaluation of personnel and nursing care, as well as management of fiscal and other resources during off-shifts, weekends and holidays. Position: Off Shift Supervisor RN; Department: OSNM; Schedule: 24 Hours, Evenings, Every 3rd Weekend (7a - 7p).
Compensation Range: $46.88 - $68.03 per hour. This range reflects a minimum estimate based on job qualifications. Base pay considers education, experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, discretionary annual bonuses, merit increases, Flexible Spending Accounts, 403(b) savings matches, paid time off, career advancement opportunities, and resources to support employee and family well-being. The range is based on Boston-area data and may be modified by geographic location.
