Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions is seeking experienced Off-Shift Production Supervisors for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The role oversees second or third shift across multiple production lines, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity while developing and coaching front-line teams to meet customer demand.

Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year with eligibility for straight-time pay for hours over 45 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, especially Tier 1 suppliers.
• Experience overseeing multiple lines in high-volume settings.
• Background in metal stamping or automotive structural components desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations on second and third shift across multiple lines.
• Lead, train, and develop employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, and equipment performance to meet customer demands.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
