Atlas Copco Group in New Hudson, MI, is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, and asset reliability at a high-volume site. You will drive uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance while leading a cross-functional team of technicians and contractors.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimize equipment performance, and advance continuous improvement with Lean/TPM methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, vendors, and budgets.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Asset Essentials, Maximo, SAP PM) is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance, facilities, tool crib, and spare parts operations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.
• Oversee maintenance inventory, spare parts management, and cycle counts.
• Monitor downtime, PM compliance, and maintenance costs.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure safety and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and SHEQ teams to support production goals.
• Establish maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPM.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Develop, coach, and manage maintenance and facilities team members.
