Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction of patient care hospital-wide during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee staffing, patient assignments, and coordination of admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Coordinate hospital operations and allocate resources across inpatient and ancillary departments.
• Serve as escalation point for patient care concerns, staffing challenges, and clinical emergencies.
• Participate in incident management, performance coaching, and follow-up of significant events.
• Promote safe, high-quality care and foster a culture of safety and professionalism.
