Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services in Fishers, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for a 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will oversee batch production, perform real-time batch record reviews, coach operations teams, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives to meet cGMP standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, support client audits, and ensure adherence to SOPs while mentoring staff and maintaining quality and safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of aseptic manufacturing operations experience.
• 1–2 years in a people leadership role.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Batch and resource detail schedule planning.
• Provide floor support and real time batch record review.
• Provide technical support, oversight and team leadership in manufacturing batch activities.
• Coordinate the development of individual team members with routine one-on-ones, training oversight and opportunities.
• Develop and improve processes to control formulation and filling operations.
• Attend cross-functional leadership meetings, support client audits and tours.
• Attend daily batch release and deviation triage meetings for operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Perform GEMBA walks and checks for process improvements.
