Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the Glade Hill, VA area. The role requires familiarity with articulated and/or rigid frame haul trucks and a strong safety focus. Overtime opportunities and industry-leading benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform daily pre-op and post-op inspections with documentation.
• Able to operate haul trucks safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork in a quarry/plant setting.
• Must follow MSHA and environmental safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-op and post-op inspections with documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Operate haul trucks with a high degree of competency and safety.
• Follow MSHA/environmental procedures for safe operations.
