IntelliPro, a global leader in talent acquisition, represents a rapidly growing beauty brand focused on skincare and cosmetic tools. They seek a Sales Development Manager to open and grow the business with major U.S. off-price retailers.

You will develop retailer-specific offers, manage the full sales cycle, own revenue targets, and coordinate with supply chain and compliance to meet retailer requirements. Travel for buyer meetings and trade shows is expected.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. beauty sales experience in off-price channels.
• Active buyer relationships with TJX, Ross, Burlington, or Five Below.
• Strong English communication, pitching and negotiation.
• Knowledge of off-price buying, closeouts, and vendor rules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Results-driven, commission-based selling, willing to travel.

• Open and grow the brand’s off-price business with major U.S. retailers.
• Leverage buyer relationships to secure first orders and build partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from product pitching to pricing and delivery windows.
• Create retailer-specific offers for skincare, cosmetics, tools, gift sets, packs.
• Own revenue targets and coordinate with supply chain on inventory and shipping.
• Ensure orders meet retailer requirements and coordinate fulfillment.
• Track market trends and share insights with product and leadership.
