Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time route driver to support the sales team in Centreville, Fairfax, Chantilly, and Leesburg. The role runs Monday–Friday with weekends off, offering $20.15/hour plus overtime, a monthly car allowance, and mileage reimbursement along with medical/dental/vision, PTO and 401k matching.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Requires reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs.
• Take inventory and input customer orders with accuracy using company systems.
• Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts.
• Support merchandising by stocking products and ensuring proper rotation to prevent expiration.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Territory:Centreville, Fairfax, Chantilly, and Leesburg
• REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license AND must be 21 years of age
• Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Weekends off
• Pay: $20.15/hour + Overtime + Monthly car allowance + Mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs
• Take inventory and input customer orders with accuracy and timeliness with company-issued technology and systems
• Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts
• Support merchandising by stocking product and ensuring proper rotation to maintain freshness and avoid expired product
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Requires reliable automobile transportation, maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintaining auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Must be 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
