Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group, Spirits and Wine, seeks a full-time relief sales associate for the Northern Neck, Williamsburg, and Newport News territories with convenience store coverage. The role requires a valid driver's license, being 21 or older, and reliability for daily retail route tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 0–2 years of related experience; reliable transportation with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs.
• Take inventory and input customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts.
• Support merchandising by stocking product and ensuring proper rotation to maintain freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Territory: Northern Neck, Williamsburg, and Newport News with Convenience Stores
• REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license AND must be 21 years of age
• Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Weekends off
• Pay: $20.15/hour, plus overtime. Monthly car allowance + Mileage reimbursement
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Matching 401k, 8 Paid Company Holidays Off

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs
• Take inventory and input customer orders with accuracy and timeliness with company-issued technology and systems
• Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts
• Support merchandising by stocking product and ensuring proper rotation to maintain freshness and avoid expired product
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Requires reliable automobile transportation, maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintaining auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Must be 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
