Breakthru Beverage Arizona is seeking an Off Premise Sales Representative to partner with local retailers, drive product placement, and maintain brand standards in the Phoenix market. You will build relationships, manage daily routes, and execute promotions to grow beer, wine, and spirits brands.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer programs.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with retail customers.
• Grow sales through product placement, displays, and promotions.
• Visit accounts daily to ensure shelves stocked and brand standards met.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve territory goals.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while handling beverage alcohol.
